5-star clean: we’ve built up our own cleaning service to ensure that every cleaning is carried out thoroughly, with the Guests in mind and noting is missed. Our team submits daily reports and photographs to HQ and supervisors control the quality in person.

Our housekeeping team takes photographs between each stay and reports automatically on any maintenance item . If it's a small item, we’ll fix that quickly. If it's something that needs repairing or replacing, such as washing machine, we can arrange this for you.

Bookings through Airbnb are covered by AirCover, while other bookings are covered by our insurance partners. We also have a comprehensive tenant's liability insurance of high value.

Owner’s app gives you a view of the calendar synchronised between multiple booking sites to give you more control and see all the details of each booking. You can also track your occupancy and revenue.
